A suspension part is a safety part. It carries the weight of the car, takes every impact from the road and keeps the wheel where it belongs. That is why, at Thriton, product quality begins with clear requirements and careful attention to detail, long before a part is packed.
1. Clear specifications
Every part starts with a specification: dimensions, materials, rubber hardness, coating and the vehicles it must fit. Without a clear target, there is nothing to measure against. Specifications are based on the original part the product replaces.
2. Incoming materials
Steel, rubber compounds and ball-joint components are checked when they arrive. The wrong steel grade or a rubber compound that hardens too quickly cannot be fixed later in production.
3. Checks during production
- Dimensions: bolt-hole positions, lengths and angles measured with gauges and calipers.
- Welds: complete, even seams without cracks or holes.
- Bushings: pressed in to the correct depth and position.
- Ball joints: smooth movement with the correct resistance and a securely fitted boot.
- Coating: even coverage, including corners and edges where rust usually starts.
4. Final inspection
Finished parts are inspected before packing: appearance, fitted components, markings and a comparison against the reference part. Parts that do not meet the specification do not leave the line.
5. Packaging and identification
Clear labels with the part number and side, protective packaging and organised handling make sure the right part arrives in perfect condition. A good part that is damaged in transport or mixed up with the wrong side is still a failure for the customer.
Consistency is the real goal
One good sample is easy. Delivering the same quality in every batch, order after order, is what builds lasting trust with distributors, workshops and drivers. That is the standard we hold ourselves to: reliable parts for stronger journeys.
